Does WhisperJot join Zoom or Teams as a bot?
No. WhisperJot does not join meetings as a participant, does not capture system audio, and does not record the remote side of a video call. Meeting transcription always runs on-device with the local engines. Otter and Fireflies document visible notetaker bots for Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams, and both also document bot-free desktop capture. Granola is botless by design and captures system audio on the device.
Which meeting tools work offline?
WhisperJot meeting transcription works offline after the local model download, and meeting audio never streams to the cloud.
