For account executives & sales teams

Capture every follow-up
while it is fresh

WhisperJot lets sales teams dictate call notes and follow-up emails the moment a conversation ends. It types into whatever app has focus — Salesforce text fields in your browser, email, Slack, or another CRM — and custom vocabulary keeps product and prospect names spelled correctly.

Why voice helps

The work is thinking, not typing.

Call details fade quickly

The next conversation can start before objections, commitments, and next steps from the last one have made it into the account record.

Follow-up competes with the next call

A thoughtful recap is easy to postpone when writing it means another stretch at the keyboard between packed calendar blocks.

Names need to be right

Product terminology, company names, and prospect names are exactly the words generic speech recognition is most likely to mishandle.

Example workflow

The minutes after a sales call

One possible day with WhisperJot — adapt it to the tools and routines you already use.

  1. End the call, place the cursor in the account's notes field, and dictate the key needs, objections, and agreed next steps.
  2. Use 'bullet point' and 'new paragraph' to make the note easier for a teammate to scan later.
  3. Switch to email and dictate a tailored recap while names and commitments are still clear, with custom vocabulary correcting recurring terms.
  4. Move to Slack and speak a short internal handoff; WhisperJot types into the focused message box without syncing data between apps.
Built for the flow

Dictation that fits the way you work.

Dictate into the focused CRM field

Place the cursor in a Salesforce or other CRM text field in your browser, press the hotkey, and speak. WhisperJot types there without an integration.

Move straight to the follow-up

Switch focus to email and dictate the recap at speaking speed, with filler-word removal, capitalization, and punctuation cleaning the first draft.

Teach product and prospect names

Custom vocabulary correction helps recurring product terms, company names, and prospect names appear with the spelling your team expects.

Fit the channel

Per-app tone adaptation helps an external follow-up read differently from a quick internal Slack note while using the same global hotkey.

Choose local or opt-in cloud

Local engines transcribe on-device and work offline. Jot Cloud is opt-in, used only while selected, needs no model download, and never stores audio.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can sales teams dictate notes into a CRM?

Yes. WhisperJot types into whatever app has focus, including Salesforce or another CRM's text fields in your browser. Put the cursor in the note field, press the global hotkey, and speak. No CRM integration is required, and per-app overrides can adjust how text is injected.

Can I dictate a follow-up email after a sales call?

Yes. Move focus to your email draft, press the hotkey, and dictate the recap while the conversation is fresh. WhisperJot removes filler words, adds capitalization and punctuation, and supports voice commands such as 'new paragraph' and 'bullet point' for a structured first draft.

Does sales dictation recognize product and prospect names?

WhisperJot can learn recurring product terms, company names, and prospect names through custom vocabulary correction. Once taught, those terms are corrected to the spelling you provided. This is useful for account notes, follow-up email, and internal handoffs where name accuracy matters.

Does WhisperJot connect to Salesforce or other CRMs?

WhisperJot does not need a CRM connection. It types into the text field that currently has focus, whether that is Salesforce in a browser or another desktop CRM. There is no data sync or CRM plugin; the app simply injects your dictated text where the cursor is placed.

Is sales dictation stored locally?

Yes. WhisperJot stores transcription history in a local SQLite database on your machine. With the local engines, audio is transcribed on-device and works offline. Jot Cloud is opt-in, used only while selected, and audio is never stored on our servers. Optional library sync includes transcripts and titles only.

Give your hands a break.

One hotkey, any focused app, and private local transcription by default.
