Sign-in is required to download WhisperJot and to use the app. After that, it keeps working offline, but it must re-confirm the subscription within 21 days. There is no free trial; a 30-second browser demo is on the site.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Cancel anytime from the account page using Manage billing, which opens the Stripe portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.

One account covers Mac, Windows, and Linux. The plan is $99/year, framed as $8.25/month billed annually. A device cap is not documented. Linux builds are in beta and are included in the same plan.

How to check for WhisperJot updates

On macOS, Sparkle checks every four hours when Check for updates automatically is on. Windows checks at launch and daily and can install silently. Linux is notice-only; your package manager performs the upgrade.

Export diagnostics and report a problem

On macOS, Settings → Privacy → Diagnostics → Export… saves a text file of versions, permissions, and recent logs — never transcripts or vocabulary. Windows and Linux offer Save diagnostics…. Report a Problem… sends only when you press Send.
