Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. Cancel anytime from the account page → Manage billing; you keep access until the paid period ends rather than receiving an automatic refund. Read the Terms of Service for the legal wording. There is no free trial, so use the 30-second browser demo if you want to try dictation first.

In the Terms of Service. This help article restates the product fact: fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. Card details go to Stripe, never to us. Manage billing on the account page is how you cancel or update the plan. We do not document a separate in-app refund form.
