The app never blocks you from running on a machine it considers tight on resources; it only warns. A disk warning appears when free space is less than the selected model size plus 3 GB.

- Download WhisperJot from the download page and open the app.

- Grant Microphone and Accessibility when asked. Input Monitoring is optional unless you want keyboard hotkeys.
- Let the selected local engine download its model, or choose Download Now in Settings → Model.
How to uninstall WhisperJot on a Mac
Settings → Privacy → Delete All App Data… removes history, saved audio, meeting recordings, downloaded models, and settings, signs you out, and quits. Then drag WhisperJot to the Trash. Optionally remove WhisperJot from Privacy & Security lists in System Settings.
