Superwhisper

Superwhisper has a genuinely free tier with unlimited use of small models and an annual plan that costs less than WhisperJot. The policy does not separately describe data flows for optional cloud models or user-supplied API keys.

Willow Voice

Willow combines a real free tier with polished formatting, style matching, and mobile dictation on iOS. Its default Private Mode is a genuinely privacy-forward posture for a cloud product: dictated audio and text are processed transiently without retention by Willow or its service providers.
