Separate decisions from possibilities

Before speaking, make a short note of what was actually agreed. If a date was only proposed, describe it as a proposal. Do not turn an uncertain conversation into a firm commitment just because a polished email sounds more decisive.

  1. Open the draft and confirm the recipients and subject.
  2. Click inside the message body and speak the main decision in one sentence.
  3. Add the next action, who owns it, and when you need a response.

Use a compact follow-up structure

The sample below is an authored example, not a transcript or an automatically generated meeting summary. Replace its names and dates with verified details from your conversation.

Finish the draft deliberately

Local speech recognition covers the transcription step. Sending or saving a draft in an email service is governed by that service. For repeated client or product names, add vocabulary entries and test them in a neutral sentence first.

  1. Check every person, date, currency amount, and attachment reference.
  2. Remove filler or repetition without changing the meaning of the agreement.
  3. Confirm the recipient list again, attach any promised file, and send using the email app's control.

This workflow enters text into a draft. Review the message and use the email app's Send control yourself. Check your own app and voice-command settings before relying on any shortcut.
